A professional from a Behavioral Health Treatment Facility said:

I would love to read it but can't get a hard copy on the computer to print out and can't figure out how to order it.....my son is in the hospital waiting for a treatment facility that medicaid in NE will pay for and not having any luck...substance and behavior health issues so he needs a dual diagnosis facility. [To find treatment facilities in your area, please feel free to call SAMHSA’s toll-free Substance Abuse Treatment Referral Helpline at 1-800-662-HELP (4357) or visit www.samhsa.gov/treatment to conduct a search on SAMHSA’s online locators for substance abuse and mental health treatment facilities located throughout the United States and its territories.]
