A professional from a Government Office said:

Has SAMHSA made the necessary changes to comply with the new core measures required of Drug Free Communities and STOP Act grantees? Florida uses a modified version of the CTC survey, and we are now required to change questions about perception of harm, parental attitudes, and peer attitudes. This seems like poor coordination on the national level, since SAMHSA has owned the CTC for several years now, and the core measures are now being changed from what the CTC asks.
