I'm surprised you offer any feedback on the topic of MU agonist abuse at all. The abuse certainly exists. HOW do we differenciate the difference between actual indicated need and abuse. Prescribers are now hesitant to offer pain relief to many in dire need. Suicide is often the result. I see this occur on a daily basis as a pharmacy worker. Reluctance to dispense on "ethical" grounds.
